The Hawthorn and Aster proofreader is wonderful. I really appreciated the effort she went through to point out problems with wording for today's readers. I also appreciate her selection of quotes. Ivy gave good advice on ARC readers, and the team followed through competently.I really appreciated the spreadsheet with the reviewers quotes and where they'd posted. H&A are also very responsive. If I have a problem, they're always willing to answer. I do think the graphics for ARC and blitzes could be livelier, but all around H&A is a great value.
